Chronic Disease Management in Ireland – the Patients Perspective
HALF DAY MEETING: Thursday 30th April 2015, 9.00am to 12.30pm,
This meeting, organised by the Adelaide Health Foundation and the Department of Public Health & Primary Care, Trinity College Dublin, will focus on chronic disease management in the Irish healthcare system.
During this meeting we will :
- launch our most recent stakeholder report entitled: A National Survey of Chronic Disease Management in Ireland- Patients Perspectives.
- launch an overview report which synthesizes 5 years work on assessing the readiness of the healthcare system from a range of different stakeholder perspectives, including general practitioners, hospital consultants, primary care nurses and also patients.
