Our Ethos

The Adelaide ethos and values are inspired by our Christian faith:

• respect and care for the whole person
• practical caring for the individual person
• equality or treatment for all
• voluntary service to others
• citizen choice in healthcare

These are the values which remain constant in a changing world. The Adelaide concern is for inclusive patient care - treating patients as they would wish to be cared for when ill and providing a confidential relationship between patients and their doctor and nurses.
