COMMUNITY HEALTH INITIATIVE SCHEME

The Adelaide Hospital Society has set up the Community Health Initiative Scheme to assist local community healthcare organisation with projects and supports in the Dublin 24 area.

Closing date for receipt of applications is 30th June 2013
